The USLPore® Foam Generator FG1500 is a ready to use foaming system with integrated air system. No additional requirements are necessary to run this system.

The machine is working fully automatic and the foam can be produced continuously. Foaming agent, water and air are automatically mixed. The whole system is running at a low air pressure (400-1900 mbar) and is producing a very strong foam bubble membrane.

The system is developed by USLPore Europe GmbH for the worldwide unique advanced foam concrete brand USLPore®. The USLPore® Foam Generator FG1500 is specifically developed for the integration into concrete batching plants / ready-mix plants for the recycling of returned concrete as for that application large volumes of foam are required in a short period of time. It can be also used for the foam generation to manufacturer foam concrete.
